Design of the documents used in the training seminars of Barcelona Activa.

CHALLENGE:
To standardize and unify the documents created by different teachers.
To create a layout that allowed doing many possible variations, but keeping the style.
To develop the layouts of the “Training Seminars”, the “Start-up docs” and the “Tailor-made programs” in three languages.

RESPONSE:
Design of a simple and visually appealing layout making each programme easy to read.
We adapted the new style to the existing documentation in three languages (more than 300 documents).

DEVELOPMENT of:
Layout for every programme, application of the new style to all the documents and translation management.
